What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the campus in Universal City at the theme park and glimpsing some of the construction of new attractions taking place behind the tall privacy fences. Interviewers and recruiter were welcoming and genuine.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What makes you most happy at work?
I am fortunate to perform in a role doing work I love, solving technical and human problems. I love that progress is constant - sometimes in fits and starts but always clear on reflection for the past 5 years.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Local strategy is a bit diluted for our division of approximately 500 people. The division has more than tripled in size since 2015, so it’s understandable that it will take time to change some cultural bad habits and get the best of everyone. It would help to have clear stra
