Expectations of what an individual can accomplish in a day are set way too high. NCR might do well financially, but that is at the cost of work life balance of it's employees. Compensation is not in line with expected workload, causing person burnout that is in turn trickling down to customers.

We have a really solid product that I am proud to represent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a great group of people that are talented and we work well together.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was professional yet I was made to feel very comfortable during the process. It encouraged me to join NCR.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's too much of 'not my responsibility'. If the different subdivisions worked more as one team, and less as 'this is my corner that I work in' then we could actually accomplish a lot more. There's too much internal back and forth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong ELT team that appears to genuinely care about the company. I can relate to the vision, and believe strongly in the company culture. Unfortunately, what they share in all-hands meetings gets diluted along the way as what is shared is not how it is in reality.
