They have vision, and constantly look for improvements everywhere. We get annual surveys asking our input and we actually see them implement many. How often do you see that happen in your workplace?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are not supposed to shift to our interest fields to work here. we always wait for a weekend holiday because we are not happy with what we are doing

Everyone helps out one another, we learn from one another and even though we are scattered about in the Field, we constantly communicate and pick each other's brains, and yes we have fun too.

they will help us to do work that we are not interested

They're lazy. They all clock out and go home when the work isn't even done yet, leaving it all on me. However, I don't mind because that just means I get more hours .

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company is Global and it is so refreshing to be able to be part of such a large family where everyone respects one another and works with one another. If only the world outside NCR could be the same, the world would definitely be a better place.
