I could complain about a few things, but they're menial in the overall scheme of things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They reward hard work accordingly.

Everything. My insurance, dental and vision are all wonderful!

I have zero complaints about negative energy since my promotion.

It seemed as if I was the perfect fit from the very beginning.

I am basically my own boss and work at my own pace, as long as it's efficient.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They're lazy. They all clock out and go home when the work isn't even done yet, leaving it all on me. However, I don't mind because that just means I get more hours .
