Micro-management at it's finest. Lower management doesn't have the authority necessary to address issues at the street level. G The company as a whole has great ideas, but is unable to execute them effectively.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There needs to be more transparency in rates of pay. Management needs to have the authority and budget, to adjust pay rates accordingly, if necessary.
