You cant with the previous and current upper management. You need management the cares for customers as well as its EMPLOYEES

As a dedicated employee of 25 yrs my pride and respect has dwindled to a point where i feel im just a number with a target on my back

A well oiled machine that needs no directions from management interference. Just give us the job you want us to do and leave it to us. Your interaction or suggestions are fruitless and frustrating
