the coworkers at my level are competent & efficient and already work well together

treating people under them more like valued parts of a team rather than replaceable drones

no respect or appreciation for lower level workers from higher ups needs to drastically change

the people above the level of mid management need to value the people under them much more
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the higher ups get huge bonuses and annual raises while the people who actually make the company work must fight for scraps which are routinely denied so there is more money for the big shots to share
