We are proactive when it comes to any problems - often require getting other teams involved to solve at the root, which ends up improving solution & service delivery.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team has had a complete overhaul, the new leadership encourages transparency amongst employees from top to bottom and vice versa, building better products, working with our clients to figure out how insights gathered from customer data can be improve CX & make more $.
