What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is decisive and communicates well with the business.
Leadership team is open , transparent, approachable, and loves to take in and most importantly implement feedback

Assume good intent and honest intelligent conversations
Open collaboration and they bring themselves everyday. I feel comfortable opening up and speaking candidly with team members

we dont have meetings and no communication so your on your own
Cut throat environment not conducive to growth and learning

People and customer first across the board

Needs atmosphere of friendliness / helping one another instead of cut throat atmosphere

The interview process was thorough and allowed me to prove my skills

Everything was great. The interviewers asked very thoughtful questions and listened intently at my responses without interrupting my flow

it was average but took a long time to get responses
