What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improve the culture. Leadership needs to be more approachable and empathetic. We're not looking to be baby-sat - just want to be treated with human decency.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to treat employees like people instead of assets --- appreciate the fact that really great people work here and are passionate about what building/delivering amazing products and services.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team works well together. All ideas are welcome. We don't always agree on an approach but we always have productive discussions and reach consensus. Everyone has a seat at the table and everyone has a voice.
