The team i work with and knowing that my team is not alone in our culture. There are lots of Cross Team activities and opportunities to move around within the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They truly are a team and will step in to help other members, they celebrate wins - both personal and business as well as setbacks - again personal or business related. They truly care about each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its that finding the right balance - do your job, do it well and be rewarded appropriately. Volunteer time off, Affinity groups , time and effort spent team building and recognizing those business and personal accomplishments.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked meeting a variety of people - not just my manager and maybe one person i would support but many of the connecting organizations (Cusomer Success, Support, Product Development, Marketing,..) this made me feel like i could step in and work with the team quickly - that everyone had a say.
