Michael F. Falcon — Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations & Support at NETGEAR

Mr. Michael F. Falcon has been the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations & Support at Netgear Inc. since January 2009. Mr. Falcon served as a Vice President of Operations at Netgear Inc. from November 2002 to March 2006 and served as Senior Vice President of Operations from March 2006 to January 2009. From September 1999 to November 2002, Mr. Falcon worked at Quantum Corporation, a data technology company, where he served as Vice President of Operations and supply chain management. From April 1999 to September 1999, he worked at Meridian Data, a storage company acquired by Quantum Corporation, where he served as Vice President of operations. From January 1996 to April 1999, Mr. Falcon served as Director of Operations, Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Management and from February 1989 to January 1996 as Director of Materials and Manufacturing for Silicon Valley Group, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Prior to that, he served in management positions at SCI Systems, an electronics manufacturer, Xerox Imaging Systems, a provider of scanning and text recognition solutions and Plantronics, Inc., a provider of lightweight communication headsets. Mr. Falcon served as Vice President of Operations at Snap Appliances Inc. since October 2000. From September 1999 to October 2000, Mr. Falcon served as Vice President of Operations for Quantum's Snap Division. Mr. Falcon holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has completed coursework in the M.B.A. program at Santa Clara University.
