From January 1996 to April 1999, Mr. Falcon served as Director of Operations, Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Management and from February 1989 to January 1996 as Director of Materials and Manufacturing for Silicon Valley Group, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Prior to that, he served in management positions at SCI Systems, an electronics manufacturer, Xerox Imaging Systems, a provider of scanning and text recognition solutions and Plantronics, Inc., a provider of lightweight communication headsets. Mr. Falcon served as Vice President of Operations at Snap Appliances Inc. since October 2000. From September 1999 to October 2000, Mr. Falcon served as Vice President of Operations for Quantum's Snap Division. Mr. Falcon holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has completed coursework in the M.B.A. program at Santa Clara University.
