What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
respect, consideration, deference, dignity, regard
Getting more coworkers would be the best help. Right now we are understaffed and unable to keep up with customer requirements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very hands-off, so you have freedom to get what you need done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
respect, reverence, dignity, regard, consideration
What did you like most about the interview process?
interviewing with the hiring manager (no longer here)
There weren't any gimmicks or hoops to jump through, it was an interview, not a way to get free work by having candidates do any homework or mock-pitching.

shutting off the computer at the end of the day
Seeing my work being noticed/recognized not just in a monetary sense but also with clear career paths and company praise.

Communication from other teams and leadership that aren't just required HR trainings. A clear path to upward mobility.
