Understanding the psychology of people and what motivates them to work harder, stay loyal, and proud to work at a company.

Getting more coworkers would be the best help. Right now we are understaffed and unable to keep up with customer requirements.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There weren't any gimmicks or hoops to jump through, it was an interview, not a way to get free work by having candidates do any homework or mock-pitching.
