Base your evals on what gets DONE and not what my education is versus other's education in leadership. Knowledge is taught (and forgotten), experience/wisdom is earned (lessons are learned, not forgotten).

I don't like using my PTO hours when the company is over staff.

I think the team members who excel should receive compensation for that. I think a job market analysis for pay increases would benefit the team.
