What is the best part about your compensation package?
High pay and lot of perks. Core benefits are okay but pay day advances and discounts are great

NPH pays above market for many positions, but their time off policy is good. We get 21 days off a year, and we can use them however we want. Retirement match and a lot of fringe perks, too.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to help. some arent there for the right reasons but this patient population will expose that quickly

It's always great to see the positive outcomes of patients. There are some that can break your heart, but we are here to help patients get better
I enjoy that everything we do is focused on making life better for people
We have a number of good staff. That is the positive.
I can say that the only positive was working with the clients and advocating for their wellbeing.

It was quick and well defined. I never had to guess and I heard back every step of the way

It focuses on experience and moves efficiently and quickly. The recruiting team was thorough and positive
I had regular contact and guidance through the whole process. The interviews gave me the chance to speak with each of the colleagues I would have close contact with. I gained insight as to whether NPH was a good fit for me and the corporation.
