Positive Feedback. Explaining an issue to everyone and then not changing it again in another time frame without an update. Or saying ''Well this time we will do it this way''
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The TSS work schedule. Working 12 days in a row after your weekend is a bit much. There is no disconnect time or down time. Need to be offered time off in the middle of the following week. Burn out and tension is a result. You are tired and there is no work/life balance.
