My favorite work days are "Nevro Town Hall" days. I love getting updates from our CEO. Plus, he always has some great words of wisdom to share.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are all mission-centered individuals. We share information and ask questions without judging. As our company grows, we adapt and adjust together to better suit the needs of Nevro and our patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The MOST genuinely positive and supportive work environment in which I've participated. People who thrive here work well as a team, and enjoy helping others reach their goals. Leaders want to see employees succeed, and will mentor. Suggestions and feedback all always welcome.
