Really smart, driven people and that we don't overstaff. There is more than enough work to do - its always a challenge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rami is the best CEO I have ever encountered. His philosophy, his values and his conviction. The entire leadership team is not as strong as him but I have faith they either will be, or they won't last. Dead weight doesn't work at Nevro and I LOVE that.
