I believe our leadership team is genuine and has the best interests of the company and employees in mind when making decisions.

There is no "best part" to the compensation package, it's taken as a whole and is quite generous including many holidays, 401k matching, ESPP, bonus, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
1. Positive company culture, 2. Doing meaningful, rewarding work, and 3. Having a work life balance where health, family, and personal growth is valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very inclusive, making sure that everyone is heard and participating. Also, they're smart and lots of fun. I have the best team :)
