When I can come in, solve problems internally and externally, work collaboratively (and autonomously) and be part of building a really great company! There is no shortage of these opportunities.

We collaborate, we push each other to think outside the box, we connect as a team, and my leader gives me autonomy I need to do my job and grow my skillset.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's been nice to see new leadership combined with our founding leadership team come together and grow New Breed. They are very open too engaging in conversation at any level of the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing is ever stagnant. The culture & environment has continued to evolve as we grown as company. This is not always easy but you can see how agile our environment is to shift with the growing needs of the business and the people.
