Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises take way too long (years) and people are strung along while new talent is brought in. Hitting goals for UR or billable rates mean time off isn't really a thing...it's all flexed eventually or you don't hit your goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people on the team are great and I appreciate my manager a lot - they aren't overbearing and don't try to micromanage us. The absolute best thing New Breed offers is a reasonably flexible workday that allows you to balance your work and life.
