The team at New Breed is incredibly supportive, genuine, and talented. Their positive attitudes and drive for success are contagious. There is clearly a strong culture that makes everyday work better.

Everyone has a growth mindset where they're ready and willing to learn from others and appreciate the knowledge and skills that each individual brings to the table, regardless of seniority or experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
The remote-friendly culture that makes me feel apart of the team, the cool clients/projects we get to work with, and clear and structured processes and services that allow me to still be creative.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team motivates me! I appreciate their transparency about the current state of the company and future vision/goals. It makes me feel like a trusted and valued member of the team. It also allows me to understand my role and stake in the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is structured in a way that pays me fairly but also rewards me for performance. This gives me the freedom and incentive to go above and beyond. I also appreciate perks such as health insurance, employee resources, and flexible PTO that make me feel cared about as a human.
