I am currently an intern, and many of the internships out there are unpaid. I am very happy that I get paid as an intern here.

I like how they are always within reach. I don't feel nervous about reaching out to any of them with a quick question or for guidance. Not only are they our leaders, but they're also our mentors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team knows how to have fun but also get work done. I really feel like I am working with a team of highly motivated and productive people. We all push each other to grow and celebrate each other's wins.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy seeing how the work I do, even as an intern, is making a real impact on this company. The tasks I have been working on are producing tangible results. I appreciate being able to dive right into meaningful work and add real value.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best aspects of my compensation package are the monthly quota bonuses and annual PTO/Sick leave. No need to accrue time off over time. I love having a bucket of hours to start the year that I can then use to plan my time off accordingly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
New Breed has a work-hard, play-hard environment. I enjoy seeing my coworkers taking walks around the Hula campus or playing ping pong in the game room. I also appreciate the trust and privacy here, as I don't feel like people are constantly watching my every move. move.

I love being a part of a highly motivated, smart, and passionate team. The environment pushes me to want to do better. Coming from a workplace that was very slow, boring, and unengaging, New Breed felt way better. I feel like I can push myself to my full potential.
