Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus and tiering structure is great, but salary doesn't match skill level necessarily. As the business continues to attract remote workers, there needs to be consideration of COL where they live.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm consistently impressed with the emotional intelligence across leadership at New Breed. They are able to combine empathy and innovation in a way that is unique and makes it easy to be excited about the work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The emphasis on empathy for our peers and customers. End of the day - we're helping people solve business challenges that will make their day-to-day easier and help them succeed. We need to lead with that and be prescriptive to drive growth for ourselves too.
