When I can sit down and really just get creative and work on my projects. Seeing the process from start to finish and the impact it has on the client is so rewarding to see and feel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is just super friendly and supportive to each other. People are actually interested in your life outside of work but also want to be supportive within your work. I don't have really any issue with any other team member or coworker
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they don't act like they're above us. They get to work on projects and jump in to help where needed. Never feel like I can't approach my boss about a concern or a challenge I'm having. I always feel supported.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the incentive program and the tiering system. The opportunity to get more money in my paycheck every quarter (soon moving to every month) and the ability to move up and get a raise every 6 months is great. It definitely helps support my financial goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together and help each other out. We work well as a collective team and if everyone is succeeding we all feel like we're succeeding. We are all also good friends! I can always talk to my coworkers about work or non-work things. It's overall feels like a little community on our team.
