Nimble and flexible work culture -when we identify something that needs to be addressed the company is quick to respond

Great team culture - lots of good times, shuffleboard and company team building events. Truly a fun group of people to work with.

They are responsive and value employee input - They also go out of their way to make the team feel valued and compensated for their efforts.

I have a real voice in how we run our company and the decisions we make - management listens and takes into account my perspectives and iniatives.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Company took the time to have multiple interviews and also took me out for lunch so I could have a conversation with a wider spectrum of team employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management knows when to work hard and when to let people breathe - Pace is challenging but fair and no one feels exploited or pushed to complete an unsustainable workload.
