I look forward to being challenged every day and working up through the company as we grow. Its a small company with huge potential for growth and therefore huge potential to take on more responsibility.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewing at NEE is intense because there is a lot of face to face interaction with the employees. This is good though because its important to make sure that each member we hire will be passionate about our company and its goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at NEE is of the highest quality. Being a young team there is a ton of energy and new ideas are always welcomed. The leadership team excels by taking ideas from both the newest employees and company veterans and considering all options before making impactful decisions.
