Being the only minority on the team is very disappointing. Compensation solely depends on your relationship with the C-suite.
Appreciate good work and output. Not someone who is deemed physically attractive by creepy leadership.

the benefits are amazing, too bad i can't utilize them or my PTO because i spend all of my time working or am discouraged from taking off. i haven't been to a doctor/dentist/taken a vacation in 2.5 years.
Everyone is terrified of losing their jobs. The environment is all about posturing and who you can publically humiliate to look good.
Professional behavior regardless of who or is not watching.
Some of us work great together but a lot of the "newer" employees in other departments don't even know what their job is. Job descriptions have gotten lost in new employee turnover.
Make the company publically held. Hold EVERYONE accountable fairly regardless of last name or who they are associated* with.
The interview process is pretty straight forward.
The hoops were silly. They liken the hiring process to be like Google's or Nike's but the majoritu of employees have never even left Buffalo for real work experience.
Interviewers should show up prepared.
The company is out of touch. Design is weak and real influenxers take the $ and laugh about how clueless the okd white guys are trying to ise ethnic cultures to appear cool. Its sad.
Design team and leadership operate in a vacum, driven by a need to be perceived as luxury. This couldnt be more alienating to the consumer base.
This is a loaded question! There are new systems in the works that we aren't even positive will work. We won't be working with them until later in the year. This has been in the works for over a year but in the mean time issues that should be corrected aren't because "PLM will take care of that".
We are overloaded with work. The turnover in other departments has pushed a lot of there work onto us because they were never told that they should be doing it.
