What's the pay like for Sales roles at New York Sports Club?
Pay is minimum wage. There is a chance to receive more through commissions but what they don’t say is that your club needs to hit minimum sales (NMG) to receive the commissions. If the club as a whole falls short by 1 sale than commissions will not be given to anyone.
What's the Sales team like at New York Sports Club?
Sales team have very little to no control over what we can offer. Promotions usually last 1 day and they would only learn about it the day of the sale. This means that often times the sales team won’t truly know what they have to offer until making a sale.
