
There is a top down problem at NexJ. Some executives are turning a blind eye but some are aware and are trying to do something about it. I say we are a work in progress. There is a lot to change and refresh.
Everyone is always open to questions you may have. We have an open door policy even with the executive so you are always welcome to come chat with them about anything.

Don't create "fake" promises when the company is dying.
Leadership at all levels (team lead, manager and director) follow a very authoritarian style where those in power act only to impress their superiors instead of inspiring loyalty and confidence in those they lead.
It is high time that individuals who hold management positions be properly trained to manage staff and promote people-skills that would strengthen NexJ's long-term sustainability and work environment.
