What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work on are good solid individuals. I enjoy working with them.
We work really well together and help each other out when its needed, sometimes without even being asked. We see a need and just get it done. We are also very open and communication is great.
everyone is so smart. such a collaborative workspace where we can all feed off each others ideas
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communicate with each other more often
Get rid of certain coworkers who bring the morale of NexJ employee down
There is low morale within particular teams and lack of support from management. There is a tendency for bullying to be practiced more than good leadership. Harassment and abuse of power is rampant in the organization but is brushed under the rug by the executives who are out to protect themselves.
