A leadership needs to 'lead' not just supervise and create work schedules.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do. I love the people in the community I interact with on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While in a supervisory position I feel as if I do not have a voice within the workplace. My supervisory position also comes with no ability to hold others accountable, including those I supervise.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The people doing the work on the ground level are not provided the opportunity to voice their opinions on what they need to work more efficiently. The management needs to be more approachable from the top down.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some co-workers need to understand you can better yourself by working together. You can still benefit personally by making the overall product the best it can be regardless of who gets credit for the product the public sees.
