my co-workers are the only good thing about the team

it was very personal and the mangers got to know you

there is nothing I can say about the culture other than toxic
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
a complete restructure of the management team along with a large investment in adequate training
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if the systems they had were made widely available and staff were able to have good access to them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to be completey retrained in all areas of the business operations. they may understand how to sell clothes but between the 5 managers I have not a single one is an effective or even good manager with little to no care for staff
