What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people fairly and get rid of a bonus scheme that is unachievable
they need to be completey retrained in all areas of the business operations. they may understand how to sell clothes but between the 5 managers I have not a single one is an effective or even good manager with little to no care for staff
