Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lots of people havent been paid proper since tge roll out of Oracle some months theyve not even got minimum wage

I feel that the job does not take into account my previous work experience and education, including competent customer service and many transferable skills.

if the systems they had were made widely available and staff were able to have good access to them.
