  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    It would be enough to at least be given a competitive wage (compared to other factory jobs in the same industry, in the same area). I don't even want to say to be treated nicely, because its not something they can wrap their heads around. "We'll give them hotdogs and that'll shut them up".

    Encouraging new ideas in manufacturing, HR, etc, or at least practicing the "One Nexteer" culture instead of just giving it lip service. Employees (and customers, for that matter) don't need slogans, they want actions that improve, products, processes and the overall culture.
