What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The hourly workers are friendly and good workers. That is it.
What makes you most happy at work?realizar mi trabajo correctamente y eficazmente
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? It would be enough to at least be given a competitive wage (compared to other factory jobs in the same industry, in the same area). I don't even want to say to be treated nicely, because its not something they can wrap their heads around. "We'll give them hotdogs and that'll shut them up".
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being consistent on there standards
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Encouraging new ideas in manufacturing, HR, etc, or at least practicing the "One Nexteer" culture instead of just giving it lip service.
