Nextiva Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Competitive pay and flexible schedule.

The unlimited time off and the ability to use it

Review from HR Dept

Major medical insurance, Saving funds, and the Christmas bonus are the most relevant benefits for me.

The compensation is great, but the fact that the company prompt daily mental well being for it's employees is a breathe of fresh air among the corporate world.

they are very competitive in the market

I love the food coupons

Review from Engineering Dept

Competitive with the current Market.

Salary, insurance, other non-financial benefits

Review from Operations Dept

Total compensation along with the future stock possibility

Review from Sales Dept

Nextiva contribute in 401k plan

Review from IT Dept

Guaranteed life coverage up to $100000. Not sure I'd qualify for it outside of work.

Review from Operations Dept

Receiving medial benefits and the 401k match

Review from Customer Success Dept

The options! There are several packages to choose from, depending on your needs.

Review from HR Dept

Its good but still could be better

Review from IT Dept

The OTE figures are generous and benefits are affordable and reasonable.

Review from Sales Dept

Pay rate is competitive for the job I do

Review from Customer Success Dept

Having the ability to work from home while still feeling connected to my team and the company.

Review from HR Dept

I feel valued as my experience and peers were taken into consideration when putting together my offer, very fair in deed

Review from IT Dept

Nothing glamorous, The upside is there. Took over a role for a territory that has NEVER been worked, and the CM was a transplant. Started in 2021, but playing out of a 2017/2018 hole.

Review from Sales Dept

lots of perks and they keep adding to them

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Timely market increases to reflect the position responsibilities.

Review from HR Dept

Compensation does not account for tenureship/experience. When increases come, they almost set everyone on the same level regardless of experience. The Increase in quick promotions on lower level Vs higher level positions is a major contributor to that. Education credit/benefits should be available.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Pay Scale on par with the industry.

Review from Operations Dept

I love working at Nextiva but my position here requires a lot of work & a lot of hours. I came in at a lower salary (because it's a great company) and unfortunately, they haven't made it a priority to increase my pay to fair market value, while bringing in others at that rate with increased budget.

Review from HR Dept

It is not obvious how to follow up or improve on specific skills connected to my position, and I'm expected to learn additional tech skills on my own. So, I'm not in a position to ask for a better wage. I'd like to be an "XBert" technician, but that course was shelved.

Review from Operations Dept

At my level and per the market today, having bonus as apart of the total comp package is the baseline. Having minimum competitive pay, no bonus and working over 40 hours per week does not make one feel engaged.

Review from HR Dept

I just passed working here a year and did not receive a raise for it.

Review from HR Dept

The cost of living has skyrocketed in the area and the pay is a slow reaction to this. We can't even move into a 3 bedroom due to this.

Review from Customer Support Dept

higher wages and more career choices

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel either a bonus structure or a higher base salary would help. I feel other salaries in the market are higher so I feel Nextiva should be more competitive.

I feel that I should be compensated more for the duties I currently do.

Review from HR Dept

The execs only care about 1 thing and that is how much money they make. The people like me who are in the trenches dealing with the issues they are causing don't get anything for it

Review from Operations Dept

Competitive pay, higher 401K match without 3 year vesting period.

Review from Engineering Dept

high turnover has caused more work with the same expectations and the pay is not equivalent to the amount or type of work.

Review from Customer Support Dept

There's little respect for folks outside of product and brand marketing. Compensations are also almost double even if the folks have the same work ex.

Review from Marketing Dept

Do not feel undervalued, everything is good

Review from Finance Dept

If it was competitive in the market

Review from Sales Dept

We have QA to address weak points and issues in processes but don't have anything to measure the effort spent on projects or delivering "amazing service" to our customers if that's not peer-to-peer recognition which most people ignore as it's just "part of our job"

Review from Operations Dept

I'm still waiting on the pay increase. once that gets sorted out Ill fell better about my compensation

Review from Customer Support Dept

My job is literally being outsourced to a 3rd party that has a 10% close rate and pays their employees $4 an hour no commission. My leads, 60%+ of them, go to this cut-rate contractor when I need those leads to sell. When I don't hit quota my manager is all too happy to put me on discipline.
