Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Markets are competitive and company is growing. Not seeing same thing in my compensation
low pay for grade level
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Culture was ageist. Anyone with real experience, especially outside the company or industry was marginalized in favor of a bunch of naive millennials.

It was comparably quick process

Listen to what candidates say about their interests and experience, don't just hire them to fit into an open spot in the org chart. Speak the truth about the role.
