My coworkers and our customers. It is always exciting to learn the great way they're using Nintex to drive productivity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They act in our accordance with our tenants and mission. They are respectful and truly care about helping our customers and their employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to spend time with a a number of that I would be working with. It also was as much about me evaluating the role/company as it was about them evaluating me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous paid time off. Employees get 4 weeks to start. It's use it or lose for all but 40 hours so you are encouraged to use it. Once you hit 3 years you get 5 weeks of PTO.
