My manager is open to ideas and growth. I have a good amount of control over my work life balance. Personal development is fostered and they are more than willing to assist. You can see they hope to build a work family

We keep our meetings concise, and respect each others time. Being part of the team is remote we have weekly meetings designed for nothing more than casual banter. Interaction is encouraged.

I enjoyed speaking with the CEO directly; even though I don't report directly to him - he was interested to know more about me before I was even hired.

Well for one, I work from home. Makes the commute super easy. But I am mentally challenged everyday. The learning curve is steep but there is ample assistance. I do not miss the stress of work. Happy to be in a place where that is limited.
