What do you like best about the leadership team?
They act in our accordance with our tenants and mission. They are respectful and truly care about helping our customers and their employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team seems very focused on execution for today, vs building and investing for the future. Not sure what the company strategy is.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous paid time off. Employees get 4 weeks to start. It's use it or lose for all but 40 hours so you are encouraged to use it. Once you hit 3 years you get 5 weeks of PTO.

No micromanaging. We all work together with respect and have fun doing it!

We definitely are a hold the elevator door open type of company. We listen first and implement second.
