Everyone on the team is willing to bite the bullet for someone else. I do not feel like I am competing with my team. We work together. Team work is making the dream work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is open to ideas and growth. I have a good amount of control over my work life balance. Personal development is fostered and they are more than willing to assist. You can see they hope to build a work family
What makes you most happy at work?
Well for one, I work from home. Makes the commute super easy. But I am mentally challenged everyday. The learning curve is steep but there is ample assistance. I do not miss the stress of work. Happy to be in a place where that is limited.
