lots of diversity and management is always trying news ways to make sure everyone is involved.

We don't really have a "culture" that anyone could identify, but my team works well together.

The employees at Nizhoni Health are always so friendly and welcoming. At the end of my first day, I was in the elevator heading down to the lobby with a few of my co-workers. They didn't recognize me, but noticed my Nizhoni ID and immediately introduced themselves and struck up a conversation.

Culture, fun activities, great friends, new office space coming soon!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Communication, policies, protocols, interdisciplinary training, standard operating procedures

Company goals would help us all know what we're doing and why we're supposed to be doing it.
