    training, dental and health insurance

    The benefits could be better, like a 401k with match. We have open PTO which is nice.
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
    Some people are great to work with, however, the overall communication could be improved. We often find out about changes last-minute or helpful processes/documents aren't shared until you directly ask for it from MGMT.

    CEO and President need to go
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    We're having to do more with less. Hire more people on the support team. Give us salary increases. Optional overtime is nice, but is not the most reliable form of compensation.
