Not rewarded for hard work at all, minimal increase in salary even when inflation is high. Harder I work the more work I get with no recognition. It is about who you know in the company not your performance.

It seems like team members of all teams don't really understand their function, or do not know how to perform their function effectively
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More focus on strategy and aligning vision to project planning. Get the best in class to work for Nokia and watch the brand expand from demoralizing to competitive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be paid based on my actual performance and not subjective views of individuals who do not care to monitor my inputs/outputs, and at least for my salary to be market related
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Proper skill assessment needs to be done, and workers who do not perform needs to have measures against them to hold them accountable. Management needs to understand their resources, strengths, weaknesses and other attributes.
