Pretty easy going, but new GMs tend to not help out the existing employees.

Being able to see my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect is the team member and shift leader employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying their current employees better and giving them raises instead of brushing them off for new employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very friendly and easy going. New employees open up fairly soon after being employed because we have employees from different walks of life and can relate easily.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I help keep this store clean and working in an orderly fashion to get a good ecosure pass, but my GM doesn't seem to think any of us work correctly.
