What do you like best about the leadership team?
everyone is very very nice

I love all the leaders excluding the GM. Everyone is chill and concise whereas the GM can sometimes be shady, lie about why certain things are happening, and just not very good at his job overall with management.

I liked how personable they were. At my location, the management changed a lot and there were so many managers running the store together during the day, but they were always kind and understanding and helpful.

Paying their current employees better and giving them raises instead of brushing them off for new employees.

It is honestly just average

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I help keep this store clean and working in an orderly fashion to get a good ecosure pass, but my GM doesn't seem to think any of us work correctly.

I have been working here fore three years and getting paid less than new employees that have absolutely no experience.

Pay is poor, benefits aren't available for part time workers, hours aren't given to people who want to be full time thus no one getting benefits

My team member coworkers make the job fun and bearable, and have trained me more than the managment team.

Most of us are all around the same age so it's easy for me to connect with them and work with them. There's never a dull moment with any of them even when the restaurant is dead which can sometimes be quite often.

Managers treat employees poorly and don't respect them enough

I dread coming to work everyday. The leadership is so poor at our store that I feel like I could run it and I am only 19. My managers act like they are in high school and gossip about coworkers and never do their jobs correctly.
