Better communication, constructive criticism, actually doing their jobs, not being on their phones, wearing their mask correctly.

I have been working here fore three years and getting paid less than new employees that have absolutely no experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. I dread coming to work everyday, my coworkers use me because I work extremely hard and make me do most of the duties.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I dread coming to work everyday. The leadership is so poor at our store that I feel like I could run it and I am only 19. My managers act like they are in high school and gossip about coworkers and never do their jobs correctly.
