I would rate it a 4/10. With my hours being cut significantly and the lack of appreciation and just GM common sense, it really takes a hug toll on the experience working there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was only asked why I wanted to work there, my availability, and then was hired on the spot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive thing I can say about the work environment is the people. Everything else is just straight trash.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love all the leaders excluding the GM. Everyone is chill and concise whereas the GM can sometimes be shady, lie about why certain things are happening, and just not very good at his job overall with management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us are all around the same age so it's easy for me to connect with them and work with them. There's never a dull moment with any of them even when the restaurant is dead which can sometimes be quite often.
